Each product on NURA may have a different delivery time and shipping cost depending on availability and the nature of the item. Please check the shipping information displayed on each individual product page at the time of purchase for the exact details.

Shipping times and costs are shown clearly on every product page before you confirm your order — no surprises at checkout.

We work hard to get every order to you as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you always know where your NURA package is.

Pick up your order yourself 

Prefer to collect your order in person? You are welcome to pick up your NURA order directly. Simply select Pick Up at checkout and we will prepare your order and have it ready for you.

Once your order is ready you will receive a notification. Bring your order number when you come to collect — that is all you need.

Send your Careem driver


We know Dubai. We know you are busy. That is why NURA supports Careem pickup — you can send your own driver to collect your order on your behalf, any time that suits you.

1 - Select Pick Up at checkout when placing your order
2 - Wait for your order ready notification
3 - Book your Careem driver and share the pickup address with them
4 - Give your driver your order number — that is the only thing needed for collection

The cost of the Careem ride is the customer's responsibility. NURA is not responsible for any loss or delay once the order has been handed to the driver.

Every NURA order is packed with care in our signature packaging. We believe the unboxing is part of the experience — your order should arrive feeling like a gift, because in a way, it is.

If you are ordering as a gift for someone special, add a note at checkout and we will make sure it arrives beautifully.
